About Us

Our original vision for this development in the early 90's was to create a professional business park that was both versatile and accessible. The complex was designed to meet the diverse requirements and expectations of every tenant, both current and future.

The development's unique architectural design features a practical park-like setting that includes a 60-foot centre tower that has become a symbol of the complex, skylights, modular window units, skylight-type canopies that allow an abundance of daylight into every suite, and ample amounts of well-designed parking areas.

Due to client demands, the business park has grown from five to seven buildings with another three buildings available to be built. The Greenwood Centre has become one of Windsor's most desired business parks and a standard by which other business developments are measured.

The Greenwood Centre is centrally located in Windsor, Ontario with direct access to the E.C. Row Expressway.

The business centre has high visibility from the Expressway with over 60,000 vehicles daily.
